2015-08-23 - 15:55:04 Admin: Virtual Safety Car of the Spa GP has been rated as Safety Car for the calculation of the GRID TIP points as the GRID TIP rules do not yet specify any distiction between SC and VSC and as it opens a window for at least strategic pit stops though not regularly reducing the driver's gaps on the track. For next season a correspondig regulation will be introduced as VSC is not affecting a GP the same way as SC does. Huelkenberg has been taken into account as FO for the points as he entered the grid for at least the formation lap.
