using php:


Assuming the contents of your file are in $file:

    $file = str_replace("\r", "", $file);
    $file = str_replace("\n", "\\n", $file);
    $file = str_replace('"', '\"', $file);
    $file = str_replace("\t", "\\t", $file);
    $file = str_replace("</script>", "</\"+\"script>", $file);

And then set the contents with:

    editor.setContents("<?php echo $file; ?>");
